To encourage seed sprouting, launch flower bombs in springtime and wait for the next rainfall, or water generously, and watch as the flowers begin to bloom. As long as the flower bombs are dry, the clay protects the seeds against birds and rodents. Once it rains, they get damp; inside, the seeds begin to sprout and, quickly, the seedlings will start to poke through the clay. Our Flower Bombs are handmade using a mix of potting soil, natural clay, and organic, edible, flower seeds.
WARNING: The launching of flower bombs should be done responsibly and with adult supervision. Please ensure that flower bombs are not launched in areas where plants can’t grow or where authorization is required. For more information on yard and public property standards, please contact your borough.
